On this website you will find selected work of Malmö-based DJ Hjalmar Palm a.k.a Jalmaar. Hjalmar does everything from gigs in clubs, bars to corporate-, private- and fashion events.

As an iconic figure in the local nightclub scene once said when someone asked  what kind of music Hjalmar plays, he answered: "A mix of RnB, HipHop, Disco, and House. Soulful and groovy music. Think New York, glamour!".

Previously, Hjalmar ran a music blog called The Lupez Project were podcasts and mixtapes from underground house DJs from all over the world were published. Since 2019 he is also a member of the award-winning music collective So & Such who organizes clubs and events in Malmö with focus on presenting new eclectic beats rooted in soul-music.

Below, under "Media" you will find some of Hjalmar's music. Hjalmar is mainly active under the name Jalmaar. Under the name DJ130 he occasionally publishes remixes, edits and mashups for fun. In the Malmö and Lund area he has played at venues such as Inkonst, Plan B, Babel, MJs, Liket Cocktail Bar, Mejeriet, Etage, AF Borgen,  Belle Cocktailbar and Malmö Live.
